Who am I?

Hello! My name is Sarah, I’m a versatile photographer relocating to Los Angeles, California, on October 1st. My photography journey began in high school, where I shot photos of friends, family, nature, and pets for fun. This passion led me to work at JCPenney Portraits during college, where I gained valuable experience in portrait photography, capturing families, couples, children, and newborns.

Originally pursuing a degree in dance, a shoulder injury redirected my focus back to photography. While recovering, I started working at Painful Pleasures as an order filler. While working there a photography position opened up and I started my product photography journey shooting a variety of items for the tattoo and piercing industry, including tattoo machines, jewelry, inks, and needles. I also utilized my modeling experience to showcase products for website listings when needed. Everything I know about product photography I learned while on the job and Im excited to learn more. I gained valuable experience about studio lighting, editing, and product photography that can be used in multiple different avenues of photography.

During the time I was recovering from surgery, I also picked up singing lessons, igniting a newfound love for music. I began creating my own songs and releasing them on Spotify under the name SIYRIN. This passion for music, combined with my photography skills, has inspired me to explore concert photography, merging two of my greatest loves.

From my early days at JCPenney to eCommerce photography for Painful Pleasures, covering concerts and shooting portraits and family events, I’m well-equipped for any creative challenge that comes my way. I thrive on variety and am always open to new opportunities—whether it's portraits, nature, pets, products, or concerts.

I’m excited about the projects and collaborations ahead. Let’s connect and create something amazing together!
